Crbcoin is one of the fastest-growing organizations in the carbon market, operating at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and investment. Through certified carbon projects and a strong global brand, we are building a high-level international community of entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals.

Our international expansion is executed through selectively established Brand Offices. Per country, one Growth Partner is appointed to lead local brand presence, community development, and long-term strategic growth.

The Role

As Growth Partner – Community & Brand, you hold one of the most senior positions within Crbcoin’s international structure. You act as the local representative of the Crbcoin brand while working directly with the Founder & CEO, Hilde Watty, on strategy, positioning, and market development.

This role combines leadership, brand stewardship, and community building at a national level. You operate with a high degree of autonomy and are trusted to represent Crbcoin professionally and responsibly in your market.

This is not a sales role, and it is not an affiliate or MLM structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and grow a local Crbcoin community

  • Represent Crbcoin at high-level meetings, events, and private gatherings

  • Guide interested parties into the Crbcoin ecosystem in a professional and compliant manner

  • Work closely with the Founder & CEO and international leadership team on market strategy

  • Shape local positioning and long-term growth initiatives

  • Establish and oversee the local Brand Office

  • Lead local expansion efforts, including events, office setup, and team development

  • Provide market insights, strategic feedback, and progress updates to the executive team

Growth Budget & Local Resources

Each Growth Partner operates with a dedicated country growth budget.

This budget may be used for:

  • Organising brand and community events

  • Opening and operating one or multiple Brand Offices

  • Local marketing and brand activation

  • Hiring and onboarding local colleagues or support staff

Crbcoin assigns a country-specific expansion budget based on market size and opportunity. While budgets vary per country, they are designed to be more than sufficient for professional office setup and meaningful local marketing initiatives.

Budget deployment is coordinated directly with the Founder & CEO and the central leadership team.

Profile

  • Proven experience in community building, partnerships, business development, or brand leadership

  • Strong professional network or the credibility to build one at senior level

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability

  • Professional, transparent, and confident communicator

  • Affinity with investments, sustainability, or technology

  • Comfortable operating in a senior, visible role with strategic responsibility

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary between USD 80,000 and USD 225,000 per year,
    depending on experience, seniority, and country of residence

  • Performance-based bonuses, structured individually per Growth Partner and per market

  • Two international Crbcoin events per year, hosted in different global locations
    → attendance fully covered for you and one guest (+1)

  • Direct collaboration with the Founder & CEO and executive leadership team

  • Strategic support from central marketing, compliance, and operations

  • Opportunity to build and lead a flagship Brand Office

  • Long-term leadership growth within a rapidly scaling global organization

Selection & Application Process

This role is extremely limited in availability.

  • Per country and per recruitment period, a maximum of one candidate will be selected.

  • The selection process is highly intensive and selective.

  • All interviews, assessments, and final decisions are personally led and supervised by the Founder & CEO, Hilde Watty.

  • There is no HR screening layer.

Only candidates with a strong strategic fit and long-term alignment with Crbcoin’s vision will be considered.
